MENTORING

The mentoring program is based on a traditional mentoring model in which a young person is paired with a positive adult role model in a one-to-one relationship. We carefully select our mentors and purposely match them with a student. Mentors provide their mentees with professional guidance, emotional support and extracurricular activities.

Become a Mentor Today!

We are currently seeking individuals 21 years of age or older to mentor our 16-17 year old YouthBuild members. The program, provided through the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), will pair mentors with mentees through a 15 month one-on-one match.

For more information about our mentoring program, please contact Paul Watson, Mentoring Coordinator, at paul@centurycenter.com or Phone: (310) 225-3060 Ext. 205
