Shanelle Sturdivant serves as SBWIB YouthBuild's Program Assistant. As a program assistant she is responsible for Providing administrative duties to support their team in completing projects efficiently and within budget. Answering phone calls as needed. Responding to emails from vendors, partners and others on behalf of other departments.

Before joining SBWIB Shanelle worked for Compton Unified School District as an Instructional Assistant for Special needs children on different spectrums. Her favorite quote is With Every Imperfection, I See Perfection. She believes that you can always find a positive in any negative situation. She stands on Failure is not an option and the Children are our Future.
