RaJai Allen serves as SBWIB YouthBuild's Administrative Assistant. He is the first line of contact for communication with clients, phone calls from students, parents, schools, outside organizations, and community partners. He also facilitates the National School Lunch Program at SBWIB YB and is responsible for managing student (TAP Cards), school transportation requests, and attendance.

Before joining SBWIB YouthBuild in 2019, RaJai was with the SBWIB for two years starting as an intern for the One-Stop Business and Career Center (Carson), where he oversaw the Career Resource Center specializing in Professional Development, Client Intake, WIOA and typing assessment certifications. Before the SBWIB, he was a Facility Maintenance Manager for the Santa Monica Place Mall and an Account Transition Specialist for SSC Service Solutions and Kimco Services under the Compass Group and Federal Realty Investment Trust.

RaJai graduated from Westwood College with an AA in Graphic Design. He also attended Los Angeles Trade Technical College, earning several certifications in Professional Development and FAA Part 107 Unmanned Aircraft Systems. His favorite inspirational quote is," The best things in life are not things." His motivation is to watch a student come into our program, understand the value of our learning environment, and take full advantage of the resources we provide. Watching the proud students walk the stage and graduate with the knowledge, fortitude, leadership, confidence, and belief that any challenge in life can be overcome with self-determination is motivating for Rajai!
