Boeing is a partner in the Southern California Hub of the national Space Workforce Coalition and is exploring the implementation of SBWIB pre-apprenticeships and apprenticeships under the Space-Flex and Aero-Flex Programs.

During a recent partnership event hosted by Boeing for its extensive southland supplier base, the SBWIB presented an overview of its many no cost business services and resources including: Subsidized Labor Programs, On-the-Job Training, Customized Training, Incumbent Worker Training, Rapid Response and Lay-Off Aversion Services, Business Incentives, Hiring Support, Recruitment Services for new hires and job placement resources, as well as the expanding earn and learn models of internships and apprenticeships in the fields of aerospace and advanced manufacturing.
