Zaida Rodriguez was a new graduate who connected with the South Bay One Stop after completing her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. She joined the Aero-Flex Pre-Apprenticeship program with funding provided by the LA County Department of Economic Opportunity. She received work readiness and technical skills training and completed a Paid Work Experience assignment at LISI Aerospace in Torrance as an Intern in the Maintenance department.
